Different folks have different budgets and different goals.....We have done lots of testing and try to stay on the cutting edge and offer what we find works the best. We also take our testing to the track where we find the most solid results.
We strive to offer the best quality we can and we have our parts machined, bent and welded by high quality shops that
Pay high quality help, and pay high rent here in California. We do not strive to be the cheapest, We charge what is fair
to make a reasonable living.
Our prices are in line with what Random Tech was charging many years ago and we are much less then The $800 B&B charges for down pipes. My margins on all our exhaust products are lower then anything else we sell. I have had dealers ask us to raise our prices so they can make more money.
I have had my costs to make them go up and I have keep the prices the same.
We are still selling at the same price and we sell our pipes faster then they can be made most of the time. What I find interesting is that the Ebay Down pipes were much more when they first came out and they keep getting lower every month.....
What I am really amazed by is all the shops reselling and marking the ebay parts up to 4 or 5 times what they sell for on ebay :) I am sorry that some feel our product is over priced, And I can understand people that do not make much money buying the cheap copies.
